Rocky Saturday and Lazy Day Sunday

Went into the mountains a while yesterday.....such a beautiful day what better way to spend it....

Can't say "thank-you" enough to Dr. Sam's.  We sure wouldn't have been here otherwise.

 

 

Lunch after church.  Beautiful sunny Sunday.....

 

 

BUT......with lunch out comes pain afterward........went 30 min. this time.  The hips are getting better every day.

 

 This old G'ma has to ride the bike while he's walking....up to 7 miles.....don't see any fat coming off though!!!

Well, the Seahawks pulled that one out somehow....now we'll see what happens in the next game.  Would like it to be the Colts, but we'll see what Luck can do against Brady.  No plans tomorrow, have to see what it brings.
