On route to Las Cruces, NM had to go through the border patrol check point. It's a joke! How they pick who they are going to pull over and go through the vehicle is beyond me. Any way, we were waved through which is just fine with us. Guess we look innocent enough!

Lucky us, they had their farmers market going on while we were here. SOOO we took a little time and went through it. Lots of jewelry and crafts.....not much farmers market. Probably a little early for produce! It was a nice change of pace from all the riding we've been doing.
They were also having a hot air balloon fest and they were going right over our campsite. Lots of beautiful balloons.
Well, on to our spot where we will land for at least the next month. Apache Junction, AZ. Until we meet again.
