We are Blessed that we get to have 2 Christmas gatherings. Christmas Eve is with one of my brothers and his family. The cousins get to see each other and exchange little gifts. They love seeing each other and getting to play together. The adults have a "white elephant" exchange. We each bring something from home that is no longer wanted, wrap it up, and put in a pile. We draw numbers and start with #1 who picks something from the pile, then #2 can take it away or pick another one. And so it goes for 13 numbers!!! There is always 1 or 2 things that everyone wants and it gets taken and taken. We have a lot of laughs and fun doing this. This year we each added a scratch off to the white elephant gift. I won $20 and Tammi won $2. Enjoy our Christmas photos!
Tony got a "daisy" picture holder. We told him he could put it in his squad car, like on the dash!!! He didn't think that was such a good idea!!!
Papa got just what he needed "another fishing pole".....maybe it can catch a fish, his others don't seem to be able to.
The new baby had to have something.....what better than diapers!
Austin thought the chip and dip bowl would make a great new "cereal" bowl!! I wouldn't want to buy his cereal.
Are you sure you want that one Lorie, it came from your Dad's SHED!!!!!! Hard telling what he filled it with.
Always have to have a game of quarters when we are all together. Lots of laughs and fun.
AND the BIG WINNER IS: CHADDERS!!!!! He won $12....add it to your college fund.
Now we have our Christmas Day gathering. Shawn and Julie, Haley and Kyle were here this time.

Haley and Kyle pulled another trick on G'pa this year. Over the summer, G'pa was burning brush from a tree he had cut down and singed off all the front of his hair, around the ears, his eyebrows....was a real mess for a while. SOOO they went to their local firehouse and got firehats and safety stickers and gave to G'pa.
ALL the grandkids put on their firemans hats and got with G'pa! Good job Haley and Kyle!!! Maybe G'pa will learn a lesson on fires, thanks to you guys!
