Day 2 @ Padre Island Beach

Now today was what we came for!!!  Spent most of the day on the Padre Island National Seashore Beach.  It was so nice, little windy but that's okay.

 Looks like lunch!!

 This was a "sand castle" that was built in 2004 and somehow preserved, I don't see how but that's what they say.  Any way, it was a cool sandcastle however they did it.

 Came back and since the sun was still out, I decided I hadn't had enough of it, so I sat out a little longer.

 OF COURSE, Paul had to show you my shopping purchases today.  I had bought a pair of these on our Michigan trip with our church group and have been hunting them for another pair ever since.....soooooo when I found them, I BOUGHT 2 PAIR!!!!
